Customer Service Representative

FASTSIGNS on Central near Downtown Phoenix is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a fast-paced and fun environment but need people with a "Get it done" attitude that like working with people and are outgoing.

We currently have a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative / Visual Communications Specialist / Project Manager

This position is Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm.
You will be responsible for processing customer projects from start to finish. Customer requests are processed by email, phone, and in person. This position requires estimating customer requests.

Compensation and benefits:

$35K - $55K depending on experience
Healthcare available with employer contribution
PTO - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time

A qualified candidate must have the following:

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a sign company or related printing business.
The ability to work as a team to meet customer deadlines.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and manage an array of projects.
Above-average math, spelling, and grammar skills.

Compensación: $35,000 - $55,000
